What Are Some Healthy Diet Tips?

Hey!
Its my first year of secondary school and I am doing a project on Health. I have to make an “all healthy diet program menu” which has to contain a healthy meal for each topics; breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drink.
So could you please give me some ideas for healthy meals for my project
it would be a great help

    Just a few healthy things for each thing you mentioned…
    drinks: water, juices(low sugars), milk
    breakfast: yogurt(great for fat burning) oatmeal, fruit, granola
    lunch: fruits,lean meats, veggies, nuts
    snacks: fruits, veggies, nuts, popcorn( freshly popped use oil instead of butter and salt) yogurt. You could do frozen ice/yogurt instead of ice cream and that is healthier.
    Dinner: veggies, good carbs, lean meats,

    1/4 cup nuts, greek yogurt, string cheese, light butter popcorn, apple, cottage cheese

    I can’t complete your project for you, but I can give you some basic tips…
    Every meal must include a palm-sized portion of protein, and a carbohydrate (bread; vegetable; rice; fruit; or pasta).
    There must be at least 5 serves of vegetables; and 2 serves of fruit (one being an apple) per day.
    Approximately 1 litre of water per 20kg of body weight.

    Breakfast:
    -Weetbix and no fat yogurt with a banana/strawberries/apple etc.
    or
    -Porridge cooked with a banana and 1 teaspoon of honey.
    Snack:
    -Any fresh fruit
    Lunch:
    -Salad with chicken breast
    or
    -Salad with tuna or fish fillet
    Snack:
    -Boiled egg or eggs
    or
    -Fresh fruit or vegetable such as carrot/celery etc.
    Dinner:
    -anything with lots of vegetables

    breakfast: pancakes with sliced peaches or strawberries with honey
    lunch: chicken / steak / ground beef over salad with carrots, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers
    dinner: use a wok lightly fry vegetables side of fish
    needs work but you get the idea good luck

    eat foods that contain sugar and fibre together! i have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks just doing this! my friend has lost about 7 pounds and weighs around 110 pounds now.
