    - Quitting smoking
    - Doing physical activity to improve heart fitness.
    The goal is to lower dangerous fats intake and increase HDL (good cholesterol) that removes the bad one away from your arteries and can cause heart attacks.

    exercise regularly, keep down the saturated fats (ie. dont eat crappy food), dont smoke, keep stress at a minimum, check blood pressure regularly, obesity is also found to be a problem – stay on top of these things and you should be fine.
