Want To Start Living Healthy, Tips For Excersize/diet Program?
Written by admin on November 24, 2009hello, i’m female 20 years old and fairly slim (around 48 kgs), even though i’m quite skinny I’m extremely unhealthy. I don’t excersize at all and I’m addicted to junk food. I would like to start excersizing as well as going on a healthier diet, can anyone reccomend what i should do to start??

Start slowly that is the key to changing your bad habits. Start with your diet and ask yourself what is something you could change. If you drink alot of sodas, try to just drink one or two a day and then slowly get off of them altogether. If its vegetables you don’t eat, go to the grocery store and find some you would like to try. Go online to look for recipes that you would like…. Doing this slowly over time gives your body time to adjust and gives you a lifetime of good eating habits and then you won’t have to worry about staying healthy for the rest of your life. I lost 86 lbs 4 years ago and slowly changed by eating habits. It took me about 15 months to become a very healthy eater. I have kept the weight off and know that I will never gain it back. i found that when i started excercising the healthy diet just followed itself. cuz whenever i eat something now i think of how many calories it has in it and how long i’d have to excercise to burn it off.. so that puts me off foods that are high in cals and are junk! now i eat alot more fruit and veg and nuts because i know they aren’t high in calories and are excellent for your body! im not saying you should obsess over thecalories or anything but its just the way your body reacts after you realise how easy it is to stuff something down yor mouth which you’ll only taste for like a half an hour man yet it takes about 2 hours trying to burn it off!!!

start walking a half hour every day, u can break it up too. then add some weight training in, but not a lot. for eating always choose the things that say whole grain, get as many fruits and veggies in. if you get tempted to eat something bad look at the label and check the fat content, or the carbs. that usually puts it off for me and if that doesnt work count how many words in the ingredients u cant understand, if it more than maybe 2 u shouldnt eat it. and as for meats and stuff only eat a portion the size of your wrist.
