When I was born, an idiot doctor put me on a table. Later when I grew up, I made a table less blog for him to let him know how ugly tables are. If you need a web design or custom blog design too, just visit my website Edit aboutblogger.php to edit this note

Is this a heart shaped pillow? If so, make smaller stitches in the area of the “point” and the “V” of the heart, clip well, and turn and press. You’ll probably want something like a sleeve board for pressing.
If it’s a square or rectangular pillow, note the first poster’s advice about corners. You might also want to look up the book done a couple of years back called “Edges and Corners” for tips on reshaping a pillow pattern slightly to produce a pillow that actually looks square-cornered rather than peaked at the corners.
If you’re boxing the pillow, look here:http://www.taunton.com/threads/pages/tvt…http://www.taunton.com/threads/pages/t00…

To sew around a corner, sew right up to the corner, stop with the needle in the fabric, raise the pressure foot, turn the fabric in the direction you need to go, lower the pressure foot and sew in the new direction. Just take it slow and it will be fine. Every time you need to change direction do it that way, even if you only sew a couple of stitches in a new direction.
