I Have A French Essay To Remember Off By Heart Any Tips???

I have wrote a french essay over 150 words. I have to remember this off by heart & go into class tomorow with no notes, nthing and re write it. It has to be the excact same as my essay. Help I do not know what to do & have such a bad memory! Any tips ?????

    i learnt one of my french essays in 10 minutes doing this :
    read the first sentence outloud. Then the first sentence followed by the second sentence. Then the first, second and third. Continue to do this, always reading from the beggining.
    If you do this, you should know all the sentences well as you will have gone over most of the sentences alot :)
