		<description>Eat lots of leafy green vegetables and brightly colored fruits. Cut down (or have none)  Sugary drinks, desserts and white bread. Drink low fat milk. Eat good protein, like chicken and lean meats one or two times per day. You can eat some eggs with whole wheat toast for breakfast. It really stays with you.
Exercise every day for about 30 minutes if you can. At least every other day. Ride a bike, or just walk around the block. If that feels like too much start slowly and build up. You will be surprised at how your body will adapt to the new levels of exercise. and how much better you will feel. Good Luck!</description>
