hi.
1) I think you shouldn’t separate them. Low carb and fat diet are one. Most of the foods contain carbos that why much people think they are so dangerous.
But fats have more calories (twice as carbohydrates) and they will be stored immediate. So I think you should be careful with both of them.
2)Me personally – weight and cardio trainings and eat food where is the best time. More varbos with breakfast and after training and less during the day.
3) Actually if you put your food at proper time and reduce your carbos in half you will have good results.
4) Do cardio – 4 times per week for 30 min in the morning or after weight training.
You can do everyday exercises like crunches or situps.
5) Stay away from processed foods. Eat them only after training.
6) My tips you can find bellow.

1) low carb diets have fast results but once you lose the weight it comes back quickly, low fat diets controll you fat calorie intake
2) low fat diets help you lose weight and keep it off
3)low fat diets are healthier because they help put less stress on your heart and lower you colestoral, your body only needs a small amount of fat. You need you carbs!!! your brain works off carbs.
4) at least 45 min every 4-5 days a week
5) foods full of empty callories, dont eat anything you can get your hands on when your hungry, eat something healthier that you know will satisfy your appitite.
6) my tip is to give your self a free meal once a week. if you completely cut your favorite foods out of your life you will never stick with your diet. Be realistic, dont go and eat for five people, but let your self have a slice of pie or a cup of ice cream once a week to satisfy your cravings.

diets generally donut work, its best just to eat well and do at least 30 minutes of exercise most days and try to do at least an hour of vigorous exercise once a week. Maybe jogging everyday and then once a week go to the gym and work on your core. This will keep you fit and in shape
as for the diet try having 80% healthy foods- (fruit, vegetables, lean meats, fish, fibre) and around 20% naughty foods. this stops you having massive cravings and ending up having a huge binge.
Stay away from white bread and try wholemeal or rhy bread and remember to drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
hope this helps a little!

staying at a healthy weight and an easy way to diet without the bs is very simple, sta away from junk foods and fast food, sodas and sweet tea as well. lots of water, go to the gym atleast 30 minutes a day. running on the treadmill 30 minutes a day along with eating right works wonders. fried foods arent your friends.

1)you dont need to go on a diet
2)diets are stupid
3)starvation kills muscle, not FAT,so its not worth all your toil and sweat
4)you dont have to be stick thin,be slim and curvy at the same time.
5)just get active in sports, dance and martial arts if you can…brisk walk regularly and try yoga and pilates…eat healthy foods but you can have 2 cheat meals weekly…never give up!

it’s too simple
eat greater amounts of raw fruit and vegetable than everything else you consume
exercise when you have a spare moment
don’t overthink it and go on crazy detoxes. it’s actually so easy

A diet doesn’t have to be extremely complex. Basically, You just need to burn off more calories then you take in. Just be sure to exercise at least 4 times a week ( daily if possible but don’t burn yourself out, start slow if your out of shape and do run/walk intervals which is easier and still effective ) You will look a ton healthier if you would just exercise alone. Also make sure you are taking a daily multi vitamin
( it helps you more then you’ll ever imagine ) , Breakfast is important it gives you the boost of energy you’ll need to get you through most of the day and will allow you to eat lighter healthier meals throughout the day which will speed up your metabolism. I highly recommend you check out this book ” Galloway’s Book On Running : 2nd Edition ” It covers Training, Racing, Tuning, Injuries, Food, and even shoes. As far as foods you should stay away from… try to stay away from fried foods ( ex: french fries ) I quit eating them cold turkey and it’s help tonz! As far as drinks, as you know water is the healthiest thing for your body. Soda will bloat you and make you feel terrible so it may be good to ween yourself of that as well. ( its not as hard to do as you think ) I’ve been off soda and fries for like 3-4 years now and don’t regret it one bit and don’t have any desire to have them again. Yay! lol Anyway hope this helps a bit! G’luck!
