Some things you should eat are vegetables, which should be the food you eat the most because they are low in fat, high in nutrition, and filling. Also, you can eat nuts and seeds for snacks because they contain proteins and HDL. Lean meats that are easy to digest, like turkey or chicken. Fruits are great too! Stay away from sugary foods like soda, candy, ice cream, cookies.
Stay away from fast food too because they are VERY high in calories and most fast food restaurants add sugar to their food.
Losing weight is hard with just food alone. You should consider some kind of cardio workout 3 times a week(running, biking, swimming). It’ll help burn calories and help you lose that weight a lot faster.
