    It depends if the artery involved is a minor one or a major one. A minor one, is very painful, but won’t drop you to your knees, and you can do other things. With a major heart attack, you might not want to move because it could increase the pain.

    Are you still haveing the heart attack is it fatal is it going to kill you or stop half way there or sooner. If most of those are no go for it….

    Probably, depending on the severity of the attack. Some people never know they had a heart attack if it wasn’t a big one.

    ask a Dr…there are different ways to take care of someone who’s had a heart attack..not all people have the same symptoms or restrictions.

    yes, my aunt had a massive heart attack and she walked down a flight of stars so yes its possible!
